Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex data analysis projects using SQL, Python, and advanced visualization tools
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs and business metrics
- Perform statistical modeling and predictive analytics to identify growth opportunities
- Translate technical findings into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Maintain and enhance data pipelines for automated reporting workflows
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance and quality assurance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with healthcare/finance industry exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling skills including regression, clustering, and time-series analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-level presentations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Certifications in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics strongly preferred
