Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards using PowerBI and Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Modeling: Build statistical models and forecasts to support business planning and risk management strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to understand data requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate data workflows and improve data quality and integrity across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Visualization: Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
