Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Create A/B test frameworks to optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Present findings to non-technical teams through compelling data stories
- Maintain data integrity across multiple database systems
- Lead analytics projects from discovery to implementation phase
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Certification in Google Analytics or similar preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
