Responsibilities
- Visualize Insights: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to track real-time KPIs and performance metrics.
- Data Engineering: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python to ensure 100% data integrity and accuracy.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to define data requirements and report on business outcomes.
- Automation: Build automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual workload and increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably within the US market.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulation; strong experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Proven track record using data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Advanced Excel and knowledge of ETL processes.
