Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and operational inefficiencies
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders with real-time KPI tracking
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize marketing campaigns and user engagement metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipelines and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visual storytelling and narrative reports
- Mentor junior analysts while establishing best practices for data governance and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven impact in business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis background with experimental design experience
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex findings for non-technical audiences
- Experience working with large datasets (100M+ records) in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
