Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze A/B test results and statistical significance to drive product improvements
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Partner with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to leadership through clear visualizations and narrative-driven storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Proven experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
