Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust ETL pipelines using Python and SQL to process large-scale transactional datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs for executive leadership
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Partner with product teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in a corporate environment
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling background with experience in A/B testing methodologies
- Proven ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
