Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Present findings to leadership teams through clear, concise storytelling with actionable recommendations
- Optimize data collection processes and ensure data quality across multiple platforms
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven track record of delivering insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with ability to design and interpret complex analyses
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data projects and visualizations
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or logistics industries highly valued
