Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast business outcomes and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize business operations.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with data governance policies.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven experience creating interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
