Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL and Python to support business objectives
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze complex datasets to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies
- Partner with product teams to conduct A/B tests and provide statistical recommendations
- Develop predictive models to forecast key business metrics and KPIs
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) data services
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
