Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns
- Present findings to C-level executives through executive storytelling frameworks
- Lead data quality initiatives and maintain data governance protocols
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end data projects required
