Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression, hypothesis testing, time-series)
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify technical concepts
- Certification in Google Analytics or equivalent preferred
