Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance against business objectives
- Present findings to C-suite executives through clear, compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data visualization and statistical modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics with 2+ years in remote work
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Portfolio demonstrating advanced data visualization projects
