Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analysis workflows to extract, clean, and transform raw data into actionable insights
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate complex findings to stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to identify trends, correlations, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create automated reporting systems to monitor business health and alert on anomalies
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and visual storytelling
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data analysis projects and visualizations
