The Role: As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll own our data pipeline architecture, translating complex datasets into actionable business intelligence for executive stakeholders. This hybrid role offers 3 days/week in our Pioneer Square office with flexible remote options.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable data warehouses using SQL and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for real-time performance monitoring
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for product optimization initiatives
- Create automated reporting systems reducing manual analysis by 40%
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Present findings to C-suite executives using compelling data storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in data analysis with healthcare industry background
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Proven track record building ETL pipelines and data quality frameworks
- Certification in Tableau, Google Analytics, or AWS Data Analytics
- Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Strong presentation skills with executive audience experience
