Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and KPI monitoring systems for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver insights
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize marketing campaigns
- Create comprehensive data quality reports and recommend process improvements
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Certification in Tableau or Google Analytics preferred
- Proven track record of delivering insights that impact business outcomes
