Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders across 5+ departments
- Design A/B testing frameworks to optimize customer acquisition campaigns
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipeline improvements
- Present findings to C-suite executives using compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in logistics or tech
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Tableau
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time-series, clustering)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
