Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data models to support business KPIs and product roadmaps
- Develop advanced SQL/Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize user experience and conversion metrics
- Automate reporting pipelines to deliver real-time performance dashboards
- Present findings to C-suite executives and translate technical concepts into business impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in tech/ecommerce
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of enterprise dashboards
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical insights into strategic business recommendations
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and governance
