Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and generate actionable business insights
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Perform A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Develop ETL pipelines and data quality frameworks ensuring data integrity
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
