Responsibilities
- Analyze massive datasets using SQL, Python, and R to uncover actionable business trends
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders across Georgia and California offices
- Design A/B tests and statistical models to optimize product features and user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
- Automate reporting pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP) to ensure real-time data accessibility
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices in data governance and quality assurance
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis methodologies
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of enterprise-level dashboards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Redshift)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic impact
- Proven track record of driving data-informed decisions in fast-paced environments
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
