As a key member of our Analytics Division, you'll leverage advanced statistical methods to uncover trends, optimize operations, and deliver compelling visualizations that empower stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Analyze complex datasets to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI visualization skills
- Strong statistical analysis and A/B testing experience
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
