Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards for real-time performance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Implement statistical models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data integrity and governance standards across all analytics processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of driving business impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful data projects and business outcomes
