Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable insights through comprehensive reporting and dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support business intelligence needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits and validation checks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
