Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Create automated reporting pipelines to monitor KPIs and deliver real-time insights
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven impact in business settings
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design principles
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI highly desirable
