Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Utilize SQL, Python, and Excel to extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends and patterns.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and support business strategy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and automate workflows to increase productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying), Python or R, and Tableau or PowerBI.
- Math Skills: Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and data modeling concepts.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
