Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights across departments
- Collaborate with product teams to design A/B tests and measure campaign effectiveness
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to track KPIs and business metrics
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership using clear, compelling narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with 2+ years in a senior role
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
