Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to monitor KPIs and business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Present findings to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Optimize data collection methods and improve data quality frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Advanced skills in Tableau and Power BI visualization tools
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic insights
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design methodologies
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist) highly valued
