Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in data analytics or BI roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Proven track record of building predictive models and statistical analysis
- Strong business acumen with experience translating data into strategic recommendations
- Certification in AWS or Google Cloud Analytics (GCP Data Engineer) preferred
