Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Develop predictive models to forecast key performance indicators and support strategic planning
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control and validation protocols
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practice documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal contracting or public sector exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Clearance eligibility or existing federal security clearance preferred
- Certification in Google Analytics or similar data analytics platform desirable
