Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to uncover trends and patterns
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and pipeline efficiency
- Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations for business strategy
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experimental design experience
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business narratives
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) a plus
