Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to measure campaign effectiveness and product improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data pipeline integrity and quality
- Present findings to leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations
- Maintain and optimize data models to support predictive analytics initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong experience with statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
