Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify business opportunities and risks
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and measure impact
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline efficiency and quality
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain documentation of analysis methodologies and data governance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with 2+ years in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in experimental design
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
