Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth
- Design and implement automated reporting dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product features
- Develop SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction and transformation
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives
- Maintain data integrity across multiple sources and ensure quality standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable business insights
- Strong statistical analysis experience with experimental design methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
