Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting & Visualization: Design and develop dynamic dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within patient and operational data.
- SQL Development: Write complex SQL queries to extract data and support business intelligence initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and recommend data-driven solutions to improve workflow and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
