Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines for real-time reporting systems
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to leadership through clear, compelling data narratives
- Implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize business strategies
- Document data processes and ensure data quality standards across platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design principles
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating data storytelling and dashboard creation projects
