Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud tools
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BIAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize marketing and operational initiatives
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data stories
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data governance best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis background with experimental design experience
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Certification in Tableau, AWS, or Google Cloud Analytics a plus
- Experience working with large datasets (1M+ rows) and cloud platforms
