Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time business intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable strategies
- Optimize database structures and ETL processes to enhance data quality and accessibility
- Present analytical findings to leadership with clear recommendations for business improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent communication abilities to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau, AWS, or Google Analytics (highly desirable)
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP preferred)
