Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify business trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, translating technical findings into business value.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and operations teams to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Automation: Streamline reporting processes through the development of automated scripts and data pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Tools: Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive insights.
