Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and business opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive reporting
- Lead A/B testing experiments and develop predictive models to support product development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and establish data governance frameworks
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and narrative-driven reports
- Automate reporting workflows to improve efficiency and data accessibility
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business recommendations
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data projects and visualizations
