Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Implement data validation frameworks to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visual narratives and actionable recommendations
- Optimize data collection methods and improve ETL processes
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects supporting strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
