Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support real-time business reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Document data models, schemas, and analytical methodologies to ensure data governance and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift).
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise narratives for diverse audiences.
