Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex data models and interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business strategy.
- Clean, transform, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for advanced data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
