Responsibilities
- Data Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to track KPIs and provide real-time business intelligence.
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate campaign performance and product features.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive decision-making processes.
- Data Engineering: Build and optimize ETL pipelines using SQL and Python to automate data collection and ensure data integrity.
- Impact Reporting: Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
