Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop predictive models to forecast market behavior across NC and VA regions
- Partner with product teams to translate analytics into actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analytics experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and A/B testing methodology knowledge
- Proven ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL pipelines
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
