Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Design interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Develop predictive models to forecast market behaviors and optimize business strategies
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- A/B test hypotheses and measure impact of data-driven initiatives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring quality and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data visualization projects
- Strong communication skills translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
