The Role: As a Senior Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between technical data analysis and business strategy. You will own the data lifecycle, from querying and cleaning data to visualizing complex datasets and presenting findings to executive leadership. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to optimize performance and uncover new opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
- Extract and transform data from various sources using SQL and Python/R to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of data analysis best practices within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for advanced data analysis and scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
