Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced visualization tools to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders across finance, operations, and product teams
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize digital marketing campaigns and user engagement metrics
- Present data-driven recommendations to C-suite executives with clear narrative storytelling and compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts while establishing best practices for data governance and quality assurance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data pipelines and improve data infrastructure efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record in tech or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, optimization) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Advanced visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI including DAX and complex dashboard development
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Certification in Google Analytics or Tableau Desktop Specialist (or equivalent)
