Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract, clean, and transform large datasets.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track business performance.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
