Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business decision-making.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex data requirements into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across various data sources through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support real-time reporting and large-scale data processing.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership to communicate findings effectively.
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
