Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python for real-time analytics
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and trends
- Perform statistical analysis to identify market opportunities and optimize business processes
- Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to validate product hypotheses
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate analytics into core products
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in tech industry
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling skills (regression, clustering, time-series analysis)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau, Google Analytics, or AWS Data Analytics preferred
